Establishment Regulations and Policies
1. General Regulations
We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all our participants and staff members. By staying at DORA, you agree to abide by the following regulations. Any violation may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
2. Right to Refuse Entry or Permanence
We reserve the right to refuse entry or continued stay to any individual who:
Smokes inside the rooms or any other designated non-smoking areas.
Brings unregistered persons into the establishment.
Engages in behavior that causes discomfort or disruption to participants or staff, including disrespectful treatment of DORA team members.
Fails to maintain appropriate noise levels, especially after 10 PM.
Remains on the premises after 11 AM on the departure day without prior notice and authorization.
Fails to comply with any other rules outlined in this policy.
Violation of these terms will be considered a cancellation of the client’s reservation, releasing the establishment from any obligation to provide refunds.
3. Property Damage Policy
Participants must immediately notify the manager of any damages to furniture, equipment, or other property. Failure to report damages in a timely manner may result in financial liability for the full cost of repair or replacement.
4. Anti-Discrimination Policy
DORA is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected status will not be tolerated. Any behavior violating this policy may result in removal from the premises without refund and potential legal action.
5. Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our participants and staff. Personal information collected during bookings will only be used for operational and communication purposes.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others by refraining from unauthorized photography, recording, or sharing of personal information.
6. Alcohol & Substance Use Policy
The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior due to alcohol use will not be tolerated.
The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate expulsion without refund and may be reported to authorities.
7. Environmental & Sustainability Policy
We encourage all participants to support our eco-conscious initiatives, including responsible waste disposal and energy conservation.
Towel and linen changes will be minimized unless otherwise requested to reduce water and energy consumption.
The use of single-use plastics is discouraged. Refillable water bottles and eco-friendly products are encouraged.
8. Transportation Policy
DORA is located in a remote area, and we encourage participants to arrange transportation in advance.
We can assist in facilitating transportation options with prior notice, but we cannot guarantee availability.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their own timely arrival and departure.
9. Hours of Operation
Our team is available to assist participants from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Outside of these hours, assistance is limited to emergencies only.
10. Safety and Security
The establishment is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. We encourage participants to use available security measures such as safes or lockers.
Any suspicious or unsafe behavior should be reported to management immediately.
Emergency procedures will be communicated to all participants upon arrival.
By staying at DORA, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the premises without refund.
